1[...]-⸢i⸣-BI “[...] ...”: If this text belongs to the reign of Ashurbanipal, R. Borger (BIWA LoBl p. 70) raised the possibility that these signs could be read as [mum-man]-⸢i⸣-gaš “[Umman]igaš (Ḫumban-nikas II),” one of the kings of Elam in that period.
