Again, not much remains to be said about the texts in Section 7 that has not been mentioned above. It is worth stressing again, however, the extent to which the authors of these texts have arrogated a good deal of royal privilege in drafting them. In 92:13-15 the phraseology of the royal edicts is used to enjoin "any future person" (man-nu EGIR-u, l. 13) against revoking or rescinding the gift, while in no. 96 a future ruler (NUN EGIR-u, l. 15) is included among those who are prohibited, under threat of dire curses, from interfering with the votive gift. No. 98 differs from the remainder of these texts in that it is not a witnessed legal text but a metal amulet, thus approaching in both form and style the royal votive donations.
