Dūr-Kurigalzu

Ashurbanipal repaired Enlil's ziggurat at Dūr-Kurigalzu.^[147] This work is attested from a single inscribed brick built into the southwest façade of the temple-tower.^[148]

[147] Asb. 256. According to the Kuyunjik Ziggurat List (George, House Most High p. 46 no. 4: 7), the Sumerian ceremonial name of the ziggurat was Egirin ("Pure House"). [148] The brick is reported to have been reused, that is, it was not found in its original position.
