11	a-na ^dnin-gal GAŠAN ṣir-ti	(1) For the goddess Ningal, exalted lady, queen of the goddesses, (most) valiant of the great gods:

44	ana TIN ZI.MEŠ šá AN.ŠÁR-DÙ-IBILA	(4) In order to ensure the good health of Ashurbanipal, king of Assyria, strong king, (and) king of the world, his lord, Sîn-balāssu-iqbi, son of Ningal-iddin, governor of Ur, Eridu and the Gurasimmu (tribe), (10) opened up (its) emplacement, built (the well named) Puḫilituma, and established (it) for all time. He made inexhaustible spring water appear in it.

2ú-šab-ra-a “He made ... appear”: M. Worthington (personal communication) suggests that this may be a faulty form of the verb šutebrû, thus intended to mean here "he made permanent.”
