1Possibly restore [a-li-kut] pa-an ERIM.ḪI.A-[ia] “[who march] ahead of [my] troops” (see, for example, Tadmor and Yamada, RINAP 1 p. 83 Tiglath-pileser III 35 [Iran Stele] i 12) or pa-an ERIM.ḪI.A-[ia ul ad-gul] “[I did not wait] for [my] troops” (see, for example, Leichty, RINAP 4 p. 13 Esarhaddon 1 [Nineveh A] i 63).

2R. Borger (BIWA LoBl p. 72) questioned whether the traces before la could be read as [AN.ŠÁR?-?]-A?, but they do not appear to conform to such an interpretation.
