[In the midst of] that [batt]le he abandoned [his camp, fl]ed [alone], and (thereby) [saved] his life. 2maḫ-re-e-ia “first”: This is an error; one expects maḫ-re-e. Cf., for example, text no. 22 i 20.

3The translation assumes that ŠU.II-a-a, “my hands,” appeared at the beginning of the now-missing i 11´.
