I [re]organized those cities in their entirety (and) settled therein the people of (foreign) lands conquered by me. [I placed] a eunuch [of mine as provincial governor over them] (and thereby) I annexed those (areas) [to] Assyria.

I had a monument made on Mount I[limeru (...)], had my royal image engraved on it, and made (it) [stand] (there) forever.
