(1') conqueror [from the passes of land Ḫabr]uri to the land Gilzā[nu]; I [conquered from the source of] the Subnat River to [the land Šubr]ia (and) the interior of the land Nirbu; I subdued the land Lāqê, to its [fu]ll extent, (and) the land Sūḫu, including the city Rapiqu; [I brought] within the boundaries [of my land] (the territory stretching) from the passes of Mount Babi[te] to land Ḫašmar, the land Zamua, in [its] entirety, [from] the opposite bank of the Lower Zab [to] Tīl-Abāri, which is upstream from the land Z[abban, to Tīl-ša]-Abtāni and Tīl-ša-Za[bdāni; the cities Ḫiri]mmu (and) Ḫarutu, (which are) fortresses [of Kard]uniaš (Babylonia); [I regularly appointed governors of mine in the lands] and mountains [over] which [I gained dominion. (r 1') [I took] out [(and) brought] to my city, Ašš[ur].

(r 3') [At that time, (as for) the temple of the gods Sîn] and Šamaš, the great gods, [my] lords, [which ...] ... who had come before me had previously bu[ilt], that [temple] had become dilapidated. I deline[ated] its area (and) reached its [found]ation pit. I [bu]ilt (and) completed (it) from its foundations to [its] crenel[lations]. Therein, I founded anew the abode of the gods Sîn and Šamaš, the great gods, [my lords]. I made the gods Sîn and Šamaš enter [inside (it). I wrote out [my] commemorative inscrip[tion (and) deposited (it) inside (it)].
