Another fragment (Ass 13956dh; Ashur ph 4198) bearing a copy of a Synchronistic King List [http://www.livius.org/k/kinglist/synchronic.html], also found at the Assyrian religious capital Aššur, preserves the names of numerous Assyrian and Babylonian kings. The tablet originally contained two columns on each face, which each column of text being further sub-divided into four sub-columns (from left to right: the Babylonian king, the Babylonian chief scholar, the Assyrian king, and the Assyrian chief scholar). The preserved text (=cols. iii and iv) comes from the lower part of the reverse face. This version of the Synchronistic King List [http://www.livius.org/k/kinglist/synchronic.html] was probably inscribed during the reign of the Assyrian king Aššur-etel-ilāni (ca. 631–627/626 BC).
