1The value da₁₁ was introduced by Falkenstein in his reading of Gudea Cyl B xxii 19 he₂-da₁₁(IG)-na₂ (GSGL I, 9). Most scholars now read he₂-ŋal₂ and emend the passage assuming a haplography. See Wilcke, CRRAI 19, 406 and the editions in ETCSL and RIME.In support of the value da₁₁ see ASJ 7, 112 (ur-{d}IG{da}-alim).
2ga-gal is a gloss for ŋal₂-ŋal₂ in Erimhuš 5, 187.
3The verb ŋal₂ is ma-al in Emesal, but there is no evidence that IG should be read /mal/ in context.
