Release Schedule
Work on ePSD2 will continue with the following update schedule:
Major
- ePSD 2 major releases will occur approximately every six months.
- Major releases will have the form 2.1, 2.2, etc.
- Major releases will have a change log indicating additions, mergers, and deletions of words and senses
- Prior to each major release, all subcorpora will be realigned with ePSD2
Minor
- Minor releases will occur as necessary to update ePSD2 with incremental improvements and bug fixes
- Minor releases will have the form 2.1.1, 2.1.2, etc.

which describes our guidelines for changes to the ePSD2 lexicon.
Next up:
Here is a list of some of the things planned for ePSD2 over the coming years:
- Add more texts and review/complete lemmatization of existing corpora
- Enrich the articles by including references inline
- List more phrases and collocations in the articles
- More/Better portal pages for documentation
- Re-implement the forms viewing interface
