The authorship of this inscription is not entirely certain. The assumption that it was composed by Rusa, son of Erimena, is based on the location of the rock inscription in the mountains east of Lake Keşiş Göl which was created by Rusa, son of Erimena. Another indication is the fact that the word audi (in the spelling a-ú-di) is, apart from this inscription, only attested in the Keşiş Göl inscription of Rusa, son of Erimena (A 14-1) and the inscription 14-3 which was likely composed by Rusa, son of Erimena, too, although the patronymic is not preserved. | ||
