1’1’	a-li ṭè-el-zu-še iš-ti-ni te-ru-bi a-[še]	(1’) [Rusa, son of Sarduri] says: I established the following offering prescription here: when they undertake a royal campaign, they shall sacrifice an ox and a sheep for the god Šebitu and 3 sheep for the god Arṭuarasau, 1 sheep for the gate of the god Šebitu.
2’2’	MAN.MEŠ-i KASKAL za-du-li 1 GU₄ 1 UDU ^dše-bi-tú-e ⸢ŠUM⸣
3’3’	3 UDU ^dar-ṭu-ʾa-ra-sa-ú-e
4’4’	1 UDU ^dše-bi-tú-i-na-ú-e KÁ qu-du-la-ni	(4’b) In case of a new foundation they shall sacrifice a sheep for the god Šebitu.
5’5’	GIBIL-ṣi 1 UDU ^dše-bi-tú-e ŠUM a-še gi-i su-si-ni	(5’b) If one destroys a part of a susi temple, they should restore it and ešimeṣi elmuše1

7’7’	e-ši-me-ṣi el-mu-še ma-nu-ni a-še-e	(7’b) When they re-establish the foundation, they shall sacrifice a sheep for the god Šebitu.

9’9’	^mru-sa-ni ^dše-bi-tú-i LÚ.ÌR ^dše-bi-tú-ka-i	(9’) (I am) Rusa, servant of the god Šebitu, vigorous(?) in front of the god Šebitu, (and) Rusa shall be vigorous(?).
