o 3’3’	e-ʾa nu-ni ^dḫal-di-ni ar-a-ni	(o 3’) and for them may there be the favor(?) (arani) of the god Ḫaldi and the god Ua.

o 5’5’	^dḫal-di-ni-ni uš-ma-ši-ni	(o 5’) Through the protection of the god Ḫaldi, for the god Ḫaldi, the (or, resp., his) Lord,

o 7’7’	^mmì-nu-a-še ^miš-pu-ú-i-ni-ḫi-ni-še	(o 7’) Minua, son of Išpuini, built a gate of the god Ḫaldi in the city Arṣuniuini to perfection.

o 12’12’	ú-i gi-e-i ši-i-da-<ú>-ri	(o 12’) Nothing had (ever) been built here (before). Minua, son of Išpuini, built a new fortress as well as a city.

o 14’14’	^miš-pu-ú-i-ni-e-ḫi-ni-še
o 15’15’	e-ʾa É.GAL šú-ú-ḫí e-ʾa URU
o 16’16’	GIŠ.ul-di šú-ú-ḫí te-ru-ú-ni	(o 16’) He (also) planted a new vineyard, he built a pen(?) (burganani) as well as a new fruit orchard.

o 18’18’	^dḫal-di-ni be-di-i-ni	(o 18’) On behalf of the god Ḫaldi, on behalf of the gate of the god Ḫaldi,

o 20’20’	^dú-a be-di-ni ma-a-nu-li nu-ú-ni	(o 20’) on behalf of the god Ua may there be life for them(?), (namely) for Išpuini, son of Sarduri and for Minua, son of Išpuini.
